Dajipur’s Bison Sanctuary: Exploring the Radhanagari Jungles

The Radhanagari Wildlife Sanctuary is located near the Rajarshi Shahu Sagar and Laxmi Sagar reservoirs in Kolhapur district. Established in 1958, it’s Maharashtra’s oldest wildlife sanctuary. The sanctuary is crisscrossed by rivers like Bhogavati, Kallamma, Dudhganga, Dirba, and Tulshi, which eventually merge into the Krishna River.
